WebCam Viewer Instructions

PC or tablet running Windows with Internet Explorer.
Mobile Device, Ipad or Smart Phone with WI FI Internet and/or Cell Access & Default Internet Browser
NOTE: Mozzilla & Chrome Browsers are not compatible.
To view on mobile or PC follow the instructions below
- Click the ip address in the purchase confirmation page.
- Enter login credentials from the purchase confirmation page.
- Select English as language (use link on top right of page).
- All users can select the “Mobile View” link to view with the Mobile Viewer
- PC & Tablet users running Windows can install the viewing software as a second viewing option , this option typically permits a larger image to display in the viewer . Click “PC viewer to install the software.\
- PC & Tablet users click the link to install Active X (choose yes to run – client plus set-up exe, you may receive additional prompts to allow and approve the installation, you must approve to install the viewing software), once installed click to refresh the webpage (reload the page to activate the changes).
- Your browser may ask for additional permissions to run the active x add on, choose to “allow” to permit the viewer to run and display the viewer. (reload the page to activate the changes)
- To hear sound, click on the x on the small speaker on the lower right side of the viewer.
Note: The default language for the software may be in Chinese, there is an option to change to English in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
IF THE VIEWER DOES NOT RESPOND WELL OR IS GLITCHY PLEASE REFRESH YOUR BROWSER AND TRY THE PAGE AGAIN.
